The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or using the services by a minor is strictly prohibited. If a person opens an account using false information and it is later proven that they were underage, all balances and winnings in that account will be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, those accounts will be linked and all of them will be closed. Any bonuses held in those accounts may also be forfeited.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
rbagi operates for players in Bangladesh. If you use the platform from a region or country where online gambling is legally prohibited, you are solely responsible for any violation of that law. rbagi accepts no responsibility in this regard.
Account Registration
3.1 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. rbagi reserves the right to cancel any account where false information has been provided.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
For security and fraud prevention purposes, rbagi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Large withdrawal requests may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported at rbagi: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if a security review is ongoing on the account. Once a withdrawal request has been accepted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Using a payment method registered in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the relevant account will be temporarily suspended for investigation and the funds may be returned.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at rbagi, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000. The welcome bonus applies once only.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses must be used within a specified time period after being issued; unused bonuses will expire.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
- The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus funds will be determined by the conditions of the specific promotion.
- Attempting to earn bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
5.4 VIP Program
rbagi's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Tier advancement is determined based on a player's activity and contribution. Detailed cashback terms are stated in the relevant VIP offer.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
Sufficient balance must be available in your account to place bets on any game available at rbagi. Betting on credit is not available. Each game has its own betting limits, which will be displayed in the game interface.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a bet remains unresolved or a transaction is incomplete due to a technical error or server issue in a game, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. rbagi is not obligated to pay additional compensation for any alleged losses resulting from a technical error.
6.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, all markets and odds are set by rbagi and may change at any time. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned. rbagi is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by internet disconnection or delays during live betting.
6.4 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage
- Misusing bonus funds through precise prediction strategies or hedging techniques
- Colluding with other players or using combined betting to exploit the system
- Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for financial gain

rbagi may temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions
- Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Confirmed to be a minor
- Extended period of inactivity (prior notice will be given in this case)
10.3 Inactive Accounts
A notice will be sent by email for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. If there is no response after receiving the notice, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Availability
rbagi strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. rbagi is not liable for any losses arising from such situations.
11.2 Third-Party Services
